Volleyball Game Preview: Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles vs. True Gospel Christian Grizzly

For the second straight game, Woodland Baptist Christian will face off against True Gospel Christian. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

Woodland Baptist Christian had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt True Gospel Christian on Tuesday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Grizzly. The Eagles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 25th (when they won 3-0).

Woodland Baptist Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept True Gospel Christian between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-15.

Woodland Baptist Christian has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for True Gospel Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
