Soccer Recap: Cranford Now 10-2 over Last 12 Games

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Cranford had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They never let the Middletown North Lions get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Cranford's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Cranford has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those 12 contests. As for Middletown North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-10-1.

Coming up, Cranford will take on Rahway on Friday. Middletown North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
