Volleyball Recap: Pioneer Takes a Loss

Pioneer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Orange Lutheran Lancers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Titans of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Pioneer's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Orange Lutheran, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Pioneer has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Montebello on the 6th. As for Orange Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Norwalk on the 5th.
