Baseball Recap: Kingfisher Takes a Loss

If Kingfisher was riding high fresh off their 15-3 takedown of Douglass on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Yellowjackets fell 4-1 to the Harrah Panthers on Thursday. The Yellowjackets haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Kingfisher's defeat dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Harrah, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-15.

Harrah has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Tuttle on the 1st. Hopefully Kingfisher paid attention to the Panthers' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Panthers on Friday.
