Volleyball Recap: Chiefland Indians vs. Crescent City Raiders
Chiefland lost against Crescent City back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Chiefland Indians took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crescent City Raiders.
While Chiefland ultimatly came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20.
Chiefland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Crescent City, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-7.
Chiefland is on the road again on Saturday to play Bell at 1:00 p.m. As for Crescent City, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Trenton at 3:00 p.m.
