Softball Recap: Graham Takes a Loss

Graham's last matchup with Princeton could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Friday. The G-Men came up short against the Tigers, falling 17-4. The contest marked the G-Men's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Riley Harvey stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she scored a run while going 2-for-3. Jillian Booth also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Graham's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Princeton, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.

Graham wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Tazewell on the 15th. As for Princeton, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-0 loss against James Monroe on the 14th.
