Softball Recap: Stuart W. Cramer Takes a Loss

Stuart W. Cramer came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the West Lincoln Rebels, falling 14-3. The Storm were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Stuart W. Cramer saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylie Hayslett, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Stuart W. Cramer's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for West Lincoln, their victory was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-0.

While Stuart W. Cramer had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
