Softball Recap: Holden Comes Up Short

Patterson hit Holden with a four-run second inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Rockets fell just short of the Lumberjacks by a score of 7-6.

Holden's defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Patterson, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Holden will venture away from home to face off against Benjamin Franklin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Patterson, they will host Morgan City at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
