Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Defeat Ends Peaster's Winning Streak

Peaster lost against Liberty Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Greyhounds fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Greyhounds were not able to get on the board.

Peaster moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Liberty Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Peaster will head out on the road to take on Eagle Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games the Knights have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Liberty Christian, they will head out to face off against Wimberley at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
