Baseball Game Preview: Oakridge Eagles vs. Ludington Orioles

The Oakridge Eagles will face off against the Ludington Orioles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Oakridge is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They lost 14-4 to Whitehall.

Oakridge saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Miller, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Cadillac hit Ludington with a five-run fourth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Orioles came up short against the Vikings, falling 10-1. The loss continues a trend for the Orioles in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost four in a row.

Oakridge's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Ludington, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.
