Basketball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Kings Christian's Tenth in Last 12 Outings

Kings Christian extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Luke Uphoff. The Kings Christian Crusaders came out on top against the Caruthers Blue Raiders by a score of 45-32 on Saturday thanks in part to Uphoff, who went 5 of 10 on his way to 15 points. Those 15 points gave him a new career-high.

Andrew Ortega was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last four games he's played.

Kings Christian has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Caruthers, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Kings Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 93-23 win against Alpaugh on the 14th. As for Caruthers, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 62-44 victory against Riverdale on the 14th.
