Trinity Christian proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Lake Country Christian 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Trinity Christian has posted since August 31, 2024.

Trinity Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 13-25, 25-11, 25-23, 15-8.

Trinity Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Lake Country Christian, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 15-14.
