Football Game Preview: Everett Seagulls vs. Cascade Bruins

The Everett Seagulls will head out to square off against the Cascade Bruins at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Everett and eight for Cascade dating back to last season.

Everett is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Mountlake Terrace on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Seagulls had to suffer through a 49-7 loss at the hands of the Hawks. The Seagulls were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-7.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Cascade's offense. They were dealt a 49-0 loss at the hands of Kamiak on Friday.

Everett now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Cascade, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everett was taken down by Cascade 47-7 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Seagulls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
