Volleyball Recap: Dr. Krop Wins Going Away Against Westland Hialeah

Dr. Krop can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They blew past the Westland Hialeah Wildcats 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dr. Krop took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9, 25-15.

Nigel Williams was the offensive standout of the contest as he had 13 digs and two aces.

Williams wasn't the only good server: Dr. Krop was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Dr. Krop's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Westland Hialeah, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Dr. Krop and Ferguson will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court one another at 5:30 p.m. on April 1st. Westland Hialeah will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hialeah-Miami Lakes at 4:00 p.m. on April 2nd.
