Basketball Recap: JAG Takes a Loss

JAG lost against Mountain Brook back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars were beaten by the Spartans 73-39. The contest marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for JAG and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Mountain Brook, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Looking ahead, JAG will head out on the road to take on Carver Montgomery at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Jaguars their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Mountain Brook, they will square off against Pelham at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
