Nueva Esperanza extends road losing streak to five

Recap: Nueva Esperanza vs. Penn Treaty
Nueva Esperanza suffered their biggest loss since December 12, 2023 on Thursday. Their tough 72-51 defeat to Penn Treaty might stick with them for a while. Nueva Esperanza was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Penn Treaty apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Keyon Davis, who scored 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Hagan, who scored 13 points.
Nueva Esperanza dropped their record down to 2-9 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Penn Treaty, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nueva Esperanza will take on Prep Charter at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Penn Treaty, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Mastery Charter Hardy Williams at 3:15 a.m.
