Basketball Recap: Locke Comes Up Short

Locke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Hawkins Hawks 70-38. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-29 back in January.

Locke's record now sits at 5-9. As for Hawkins, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Locke will face off against rival Harbor Teacher at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hawkins is set to challenge their familiar foe Dymally at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
