Hilo hadn't done well against Kealakehe recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Vikings never let the Waveriders get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The Vikings' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Molly Davi made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up a single earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on K Kania, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Hilo's record now sits at 5-0. As for Kealakehe, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

As of now, neither Hilo nor the Waveriders have any future games scheduled.
