Meanwhile, Salem County Vo-Tech got the win against The Pilgrim Academy on Monday by a conclusive 15-5. Salem County Vo-Tech might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by six runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Salem County Vo-Tech and bumps their season record up to 5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 runs in those games. As for Clayton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
