While Knoxville A didn't have the best season last year (they finished 1-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They beat the Sequoyah Chiefs by a goal, winning 1-0. Give Knoxville A's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Kenzie Chase, who's now up to three this season.

Knoxville A's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for Sequoyah, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
