Basketball Game Preview: Chewelah Cougars vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

The Chewelah Cougars and the Northwest Christian School Crusaders will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.

Chewelah easily dispatched Mary Walker on Saturday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. Chewelah fell just short of Colville by a score of 57-54 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They breezed by the Broncos to the tune of 78-38. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Chewelah's loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Northwest Christian School, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
