Farmington had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.1 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. They strolled past the Union Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 56-42. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Farmington's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cannon Roth, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds. Roth is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 47% in the last eight games he's played. Another player making a difference was Logan Schaupert, who posted nine points along with seven assists and five boards.

Farmington smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Farmington's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-2. As for Union, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
