Volleyball Recap: North Putnam Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Putnam can now relate to. They came up short against the Harrison Raiders on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Cougars have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Among those leading the charge was Luke Baker, who had seven digs and three assists. That's the most digs he has posted over his last six matchups.

North Putnam's defeat dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Harrison, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season.

North Putnam does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harrison, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Zionsville on the 17th.
