Volleyball Recap: Alcovy Comes Up Short

Alcovy lost against Loganville on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils.

Alcovy was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring eight points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-8.

Alcovy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Loganville, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-15.

Coming up, Alcovy will challenge Jackson County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loganville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against East Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
