 Valliant had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 runs), and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They blew past the Tishomingo Indians 10-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Valliant also won the last time the pair played  on Monday.
  Clancy Trapp was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Trapp has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than seven  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Trapp was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Hayzn Harmon and  Brayden Jones did most of the damage at the plate:  Harmon  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3, while  Jones  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Jaxson Beene, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 The  win  got Valliant back to even at 8-8. As for Tishomingo, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost nine of their last ten contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record  this season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valliant will take on Wright City at 2:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Tishomingo, their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Wilson at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Wilson is coming into the  matchup with four straight  victories on the road,  so Tishomingo will have to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum.
