Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Comes Up Short

St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roy Royals. The Jayhawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Royals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Roy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

St. Joseph didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Draper APA on the 16th. As for Roy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Cyprus on the 16th.
