Volleyball Recap: North Kansas City's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Park Hill South, North Kansas City was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Guadalupe Centers Aztecs. The victory was some much needed relief for the Hornets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

North Kansas City's win bumped their record up to 10-14-2. As for Guadalupe Centers, their loss was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-18.

Coming up, North Kansas City will look to defend their home court on Monday against Lincoln College Prep at 5:00 p.m. The Hornets are facing the Blue Tigers at the right time seeing as the Blue Tigers are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. Guadalupe Centers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
