Volleyball Recap: Starmount Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Starmount came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the North Surry Greyhounds, falling 3-0. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Greyhounds when the teams met back in October of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Surry can attribute much of their success to KK Adame, who had 12 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Adame has posted over her last six matches.

Starmount's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for North Surry, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4.

Starmount has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Alleghany on the 23rd. As for North Surry, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Surry Central on the 23rd.
