Basketball Recap: Augusta Has No Trouble Against Harrison County

Augusta lost to Harrison County back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Augusta Panthers took down the Harrison County Thorobreds 67-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Augusta's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Harrison County, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers challenge the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Augusta has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 199 points over their last three contests. Harrison County has already played their next matchup (against Dixie Heights), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
