Basketball Recap: Bolingbrook Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Wins at Home

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last 16 games, Bolingbrook finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Downers Grove North Trojans by a score of 29-26. The match marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bolingbrook's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 28-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points over those games. As for Downers Grove North, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 26-8.

Bolingbrook does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Downers Grove North, they have already played their next game, a 44-32 defeat against Benet Academy on the 7th.
