Football Recap: Smackover Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Smackover's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Centerpoint Knights 42-24. For the Buckaroos, this counts as revenge for the 38-28 victory the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Smackover pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.3 points over those games. As for Centerpoint, they moved to 3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
