Softball Recap: Arcata Comes Up Short

After flying high against Weed on Saturday, Arcata came back down to earth. The Tigers took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Enterprise Hornets on Saturday.

Arcata saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lily Cunningham, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Arcata's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Enterprise, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1.

Arcata has already played their next contest, a 19-0 win against Plumas Charter on the 29th. As for Enterprise, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 13-1 defeat against Biggs on the 29th.
