Mineral Point has gone a perfect 10-0 against Riverdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pointers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chieftains at 4:30 p.m. Riverdale took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Mineral Point, who comes in off a win.

Mineral Point is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Southwestern a 23-0 shutout on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Pointers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Fennimore, falling 15-1. The contest marked the Chieftains' lowest-scoring game so far this season.
