Basketball Recap: Powell Falls Short of Lander Valley in the Playoffs

Powell and Lander Valley squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Powell had to settle for second. They took a 61-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lander Valley Tigers. The Panthers have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Powell's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Lander Valley, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

Powell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lander Valley, they have already played their next game, a 48-41 defeat against Pinedale on the 7th.
