Basketball Recap: HEARTS for Jesus Christ Skates Past Horizon Science Academy with Ease

The third road contest was the charm for HEARTS for Jesus Christ, as they earned their first road win of the season. They blew past Horizon Science Academy 37-8 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 44-9 last Friday.

HEARTS for Jesus Christ got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Haven Anthony out in front who posted 17 points along with seven steals and six boards. Anthony is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Rayna Kawczak, who had 14 points in addition to six steals and five rebounds.

HEARTS for Jesus Christ picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-6. As for Horizon Science Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
