Basketball Recap: East Valley Takes a Loss

East Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 97-54 loss at the hands of the North Central Wolfpack. The Knights were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-24.

East Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for North Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

East Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Lakeside at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for North Central, they will venture away from home to face off against Ferris at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
