Chapin extended their home winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Autumn Blackwell. The Chapin Huskies breezed by the Andress Eagles to the tune of 51-17 on Friday thanks in part to Blackwell, who went 7 of 8 en route to 16 points and eight boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Another player making a difference was Jasmine Blake, who posted ten points and four steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Chapin is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.6 points per game. As for Andress, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-18.

Chapin is taking a road trip to challenge Burges at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Burges' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups. As for Andress, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Andress is facing Jefferson at the right time seeing as Jefferson is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
