            Basketball Recap: Southern Fulton Indians vs. Meyersdale Red Raiders        
        
		
        
        
            Southern Fulton won the last time they faced Meyersdale, and  Gaven Mellott did his part to make sure it happened again. The Southern Fulton Indians strolled past the Meyersdale Red Raiders with  points to spare on Monday, taking the game  60-43 thanks in part to  Mellott, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 24 points and nine  steals. He is trending in the right direction considering he's  improved his point production for three straight games.

Southern Fulton moved to 5-7 with that  win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Meyersdale, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record  this season.
 Southern Fulton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  54-49  loss against Berkeley Springs on the 14th. Meyersdale has also  already played their next game,  a  58-16  defeat against Windber on the 17th.
