Volleyball Recap: Fresno Christian Comes Up Short

Fresno Christian saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Big Valley Christian Lions by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Fresno Christian sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 15-25, 16-14.

Fresno Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-21. As for Big Valley Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Fresno Christian has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Washington Union on the 3rd. As for Big Valley Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Sanger West on the 29th.
