Football Recap: East St. John Comes Up Short

East St. John lost against Thibodaux back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats lost to the Tigers on the road by a 25-6 margin. The defeat leaves the Wildcats still looking for their first win of the season.

East St. John's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Thibodaux, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. East St. John is set to take on their familiar foe Central Lafourche at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Thibodaux will square off against rival Hahnville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
