Basketball Recap: Ferguson Comes Up Short

Ferguson saw some tournament action on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 56-40 to the Branford Buccaneers.

Ferguson's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Branford, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Ferguson will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Bishop Verot at 7:40 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Verot is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.5 points per game this season. As for Branford, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Union County at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
