Coral Park won the last time they faced Downtown Doral, and Ana Bodie did her part to make sure it happened again. The Coral Park Rams walked away with an 18-6 victory over the Downtown Doral Dolphins on Thursday with plenty of help from Bodie, who rushed for 117 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, and also threw for 63 yards and two touchdowns. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rushing yards.

The win made it two in a row for Coral Park and bumps their season record up to 2-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.5 points on average over those games. As for Downtown Doral, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Coral Park will face off against Hialeah Educational Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Hialeah Educational Academy's defense has only allowed 10.2 points per game this season, so Coral Park's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Downtown Doral, they will take on Palm Glades Prep Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Palm Glades Prep Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 26.1 points per game this season.
