Baseball Recap: Meadow Heights Comes Up Short

Meadow Heights lost against Oran back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers came up short against the Eagles, falling 10-1. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meadow Heights saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caidyn Byrd, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meadow Heights' loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Oran, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Meadow Heights will be playing in front of their home fans against South Iron at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oran, they will head out to face off against Kelly at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
