Basketball Recap: Glenbrook Apaches vs. Converse Wildcats

Glenbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 54-46 to the Converse Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 42-27 back in December of 2024.

Despite the defeat, Glenbrook saw an underclassman step up: freshman Carson Powell dropped a double-double with 28 points and 12 boards. That was a full 60.9% of Glenbrook's points, marking the third time in a row Powell has posted more than a third of the team's points. Connor Bolton was another key player, putting up four points.
