Mesa Grande Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 79-22 victory over the Palm Valley FIREBIRDS. The Cardinals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the FIREBIRDS, too.

Mesa Grande Academy and Palm Valley will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Cardinals see the court they'll take on River Springs at 6:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Palm Valley, their break will end when they face Desert Chapel at 6:00 p.m. on December 9.
