Basketball Recap: Green Bay Southwest Comes Up Short

Green Bay Southwest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 55-46 to the Green Bay Preble Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-41 back in December of 2024.

Green Bay Southwest's loss dropped their record down to 2-13-1. As for Green Bay Preble, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.

Green Bay Southwest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-32 defeat against Notre Dame Academy on the 11th. As for Green Bay Preble, they have also already played their next game, a 70-51 loss against Bay Port on the 11th.
