Soccer Game Preview: Crismon vs. Tempe

The Crismon Rattlers are taking a road trip to square off against the Tempe Buffaloes at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Crismon turned things around against Desert Sunrise on Thursday. They never let the Golden Hawks onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Tempe, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against Marcos de Niza by a score of 4-2 on Wednesday. Erick Rodriguez had to tread lightly for part of the match after he was hit with a yellow card, but that was the only trouble the Buffaloes got from the refs.

Tempe hit Marcos de Niza with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Rodriguez (2), Rub?n Marmolejo, and Leo Silva.

Tempe pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three contests. As for Crismon, their victory bumped their record up to 2-9-1.
