Volleyball Recap: Bentonville Gets the Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Bentonville duked it out with Greenbrier on Saturday. The Tigers came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win didn't come easy: Greenbrier scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21.

Bentonville can attribute much of their success to Ady Bollinger, who had four digs and three aces. That's the most aces Bollinger has posted since back in October of 2024.

Bentonville's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Greenbrier, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Bentonville has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Cabot on the 30th. As for Greenbrier, they will take on Mount St. Mary Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
