Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Blue Valley North). They managed a 69-65 win over the Lee's Summit Tigers on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory made it two in a row for Blue Valley North and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Lee's Summit, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-1 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blue Valley North will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Metro Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Lee's Summit, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Belton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
