Flag Football Recap: Broughton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Broughton lost against Corinth Holders back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Capitals fell 19-13 to the Pirates. The Capitals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corinth Holders found their leader in freshman Sophie Dunn, who rushed for 100 yards and one score on only seven carries, and also threw for 166 yards and a pair of TDs. The Pirates' leading receiver Bella Kuhn was Dunn's top target yet again, picking up 100 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Broughton's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Corinth Holders, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Broughton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-0 win against Athens Drive on the 21st. As for Corinth Holders, they will face off against Enloe at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
